We accept Credit/debit cards as well as Mpesa payments
4. What is your shipping policy?
Delivery charges within Nairobi upto 10Kgs we charge Kes 300. Outside Nairobi upto 20Kgs Kes 350. For bulky orders such as Cocopeat, fertilizers etc International shipping fees vary depending on the Country, and product in question. i.e seeds require a phytosanitary certificate as well as import permits. 5. Can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email once you place an order, paid, dispatched and once delivered. You can track these on track your order as well as on your profile. https://agropests.co.ke/track-your-order
6. Do you offer returns or refunds?
We do not accept returns unless on occasions that the product packed was a wrong product. The customer should advice this within 24 hours after receiving the product. The refund either of the amount or a product will take 12-72 hours. For more info contact us on: [email protected]
