Description:

Ariane is a herbicide specially formulated for post-emergence control of a wide variety of broadleaf weeds in cereals - wheat, barley, oats, lawns, and turf. It is also used for the control of broad-leaved weeds in cereals like resistant amaranthus and Malva. Ariane is made up of Fluroxypyr+Clopyralid+MCPA.

Rate of Application:

It is versatile in its use for both high altitude and low altitude broad-leaved weed control.
As a general guide use as follows:
Low altitude: 1 liter/Ha
High altitude: 1-1.5 liters/Ha

Timing of Applications:

Wheat and barley: From the 3-leaf stage up to booting.
Oats: From the 4-leaf stage up to booting.
Best results will be obtained by early spraying, when most weeds are in the young seedlings stage and when there is good crop competition, suppressing late germination or set back weeds.
Spray Volume:

The recommended spray volume is 200-400 liters per Ha.
If applying by air, use 20 liters/Ha.

Compatibility:

No compatibility problems have been encountered with pesticides commonly used on cereals.
