Active Ingredients

• Mancozeb 640 g/kg – multi-site, contact fungicide that disrupts fungal metabolism & spore germination .

  Mode of Action

• Cymoxanil: Acts systemically, inhibiting pathogen development inside the plant and preventing spore formation .

• Mancozeb: Works externally, reacting with fungal cellular enzymes to block respiration, lipid synthesis, and energy production.

Rate of Application

• Dosage: 2 g per L of water (150–200 g/100 L or 2 kg/ha in 1,000 L) .

• Alternatively, mix ~40 g per 20 L – ideal for small-scale sprayers.

  Timing:

  • First spray before disease onset under favorable conditions;

  • Repeat every 7–14 days;

  • Max 3–6 applications per season depending on crop and pressure .

• Re-entry interval: 12 hours

• Pre-harvest interval: 14 days for tomatoes & potatoes
