HOW IT WORKS

Application flexibility:
The Water Retainer can be applied by spraying on the soil surface or through irrigation water, depending on the required dilution.
Soil and root interaction:
Over time, the product attaches itself to soil particles and plant roots, helping rain or irrigation water move efficiently through the soil profile and improving overall water availability.
Vapour capture mechanism:
As water vapour rises through soil capillaries, the Water Retainer traps the vapour and converts it into tiny water droplets.
Water availability to roots:
These droplets are then available for root uptake, reducing water loss through evaporation.
Surface action:
When applied on the soil surface, the product also captures air humidity, further increasing moisture retention.
Hygroscopic nature:
The product attracts and holds water.
⚠️ If sprayed on leaves or plant surfaces, it must be washed off with 2–2.5 mm of irrigation water to avoid localized dehydration.
Evaporation reduction:
Water that would normally be lost through evaporation is retained in the soil and transformed back into usable liquid water for plant roots.

Maintains steadier soil moisture levels, promoting beneficial soil microorganisms.
Improves nutrient uptake, especially essential elements like phosphorus.

Shake the container vigorously before use.
Dilution rate:
- Mix 1 litre of Water Retainer in 100 litres of water.
- Apply to 1,000 m² of soil.
Apply by:
- Soil spraying, or
- Through irrigation systems.
If leaves are accidentally sprayed:
- Wash off immediately with approximately 2.5 mm of irrigation water.
Turf grass:
- Apply at double the recommended dosage.
